Complete this form if you have lost personal items in the airport or on board an Emirates flight
Important information
This form is only for passengers who’ve travelled on an Emirates aircraft and have a ticket number starting with 176. If you’ve travelled on a codeshare flight in an Emirates aircraft or you don’t remember your ticket number, please contact us for assistance.
If you have travelled on any other aircraft other than Emirates, you must submit your request to the airline you travelled with.
Baggage information
You can use this form to give us details on carry-on or cabin baggage that you lost on board or at the airport. If you’ve lost checked baggage, please contact your nearest Emirates office. You can also check the status if you already have a lost checked baggage claim on our Delayed and damaged baggage page.
